For most people this is not easy at all. Because most of us, to varying degrees, are caught up in past incidents and things in life and in ourselves that we have never made peace with and forgiven. And from this a lot of psychological and sometimes also physical pain can follow.

Learning to let go of the pain and past incidents, and to learn to rest and abide in the ability really to love and appreciate oneself and life eaxctly as it is, is infinitely important for again to be able to enter into and live life and life´s wondrous and magical mystery…


How do I work with Therapy and Healing?

As a healer I am not a person who puts healing hands on sick people. Because I do not necessarily see problems and illness as something evil. I am of the opinion that the “sick”, if it is met in a proper way, can show the way to how life can be lived more fully.


As a healer, I have a profound understanding of the complex relationships between body and psyche.


And I have knowledge of how pain in the mind and body can be transformed into greater sensitivity, wisdom, insight, vitality and joy. I can help this transformation to take place by using therapeutic conversation, as well as healing and balancing the consciousness and energy fields that surround you and are an integral part of you. Also I can help you to learn how to feel and listen to the signals of your body and emotional life in an expedient way.


Which therapeutic principles is my work based on?

Central to me in my work is that I do not have the ambition to give people I work with a “pill”, so that they shall recover.



Because if you´re only keen to avoid pain and “hide” it away, you easily cheat yourself from getting in touch with the deeper wisdom and life force that is hiding behind and in the pain, and that was never lived. This life force had to ultimately manifest itself as pain and illness for, if not in other ways, then finally here to be seen and lived.



My experience is that when you work with yourself and others, and openly listen to, welcome and explore the mind´s, body´s and emotional life´s processes and states rather than seek to control and manage these, then the processes themselves show and lead the way to a greater wholeness and loving self-expression.



To help this to take place in a liberating way might seem extremely difficult or impossible for those who have never learned how to do this.



But I can help you to learn this, and over time and with practice it will inevitably seem like a more obvious and straightforward way to meet yourself and your life .

Why choose healing and not just choose ordinary talk therapy or body therapy?

Healing can reach depths of the mind, the body and the emotional life, which only very difficult can be reached through talk therapy or traditional body therapy. If the root of the pain lies in these depths, the ability to touch the pain with healing is necessary, if permanent improvement is to be achieved.



Why combine healing with therapy?

The therapy-oriented part of the treatment is indispensable in relation to the journey of discovery that it is to get to know oneself, one’s patterns and habits and the consequences that follows.



Similarly is the therapy-oriented part indispensable in relation to the work with changing and letting go of undesirable habits and patterns, as well as in the work and efforts in finding the essence of your deepest longings and dreams.



And furthermore the therapy-oriented part helps you to integrate and live the insights (emotional, physical, intellectual, meditative, etc.) resulting from the healing-related work.

Does meditation play a part in the work with therapy and healing?

It most certainly does!

 For when you learn to abide in and live from the unconditional freedom, simplicity, bliss, nothingness-being, peacefulness and fullness of life that everything is woven of (and that you learn to access in meditation-training), meeting the challenges of life becomes much easier, more joyful and more loving. And in a way, that´s the precondition to really initiate any real therapeutical changes in your life.
